Take the slab flower pot (vessel?) pictured below. I *love* this flower pot.... Not only for the texture or the partial glazing or the beautiful little succulents reaching for the sun, but for how soft and fabric-y it looks.
It speaks to me every time I see it.
I can't find the artist.. not really. I found a blog that is related to the photo, but there is no contact information, no online shop. So all I have is a photo of a piece of pottery that I love and the ability and tools to try to make a version of my own.

That is one of the downsides of pinterest. Lots of awesome inspiration, but sometimes it can be difficult, if not impossible, to properly credit where it came from.
I find that if I spend a few minutes every other day or so on pinterest, I can keep up and not necessarily get sucked in for hours at a time.
And I agree, that is a very nice piece with a great looking plant in it :)
I agree with Pinterest - it is SO cool, but can get a little old after a while, when the pics you've already seen keep repeating. I also found that many are now using it as a marketing tool, i.e. they only pin their own products. That can get pretty boring. I am already bored with Twitter for that same reason, and Facebook is almost to that point. I understand those mediums are great for self-promotion, but I guess it stops the inspiration, like a 24/7 commercial channel.
Enjoy it while it lasts :) I will do the same!
Yep, I'm liking it too. I got a bit carried away the other night with it and stayed up waaaay too late.
just recently started Pinterest myself and am trying really hard to not let it consume my every minute. Just when I would be watching TV instead. Replaced one time suck with another. :-)
Love the pot! and it is difficult to find all the info! I also love!!!! stumbleupon-have you given that a try?
